Our website is currently under development, and different aspects of our services will be deployed over the coming months. Some parts of these terms of use refer to functionality that has not yet been implemented or deployed. This website enables event organizers, groups, affiliates, and other individuals (“event organizers”) to set up, create, and manage events and ticket sales through our platform. We utilize the service provider “Universe” to host our platform. Universe’s terms of service may govern some of your interactions with our website and services due to their involvement in the management and processing of your information and payment transactions. It is your responsibility to read and adhere to universe’s terms of service.
The website is offered and available to users who are 13 years of age or older. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the website.
