About energy healing
Energy healing is a broad name for practices that work with the body's subtle energy or 'biofield', such as chakra balancing, aura clearing, Pranic healing and similar approaches. Many are hands-off or use light touch.
Sessions usually happen lying or sitting fully clothed, in person or online. The practitioner may use their hands, breath, crystals or guided visualization. Many people describe feeling calmer or lighter afterwards.
Choosing someone in Missoula
- Ask what approach they use and what a session involves.
- Look for practitioners who are clear that this complements, not replaces, medical and mental-health care.
- Read reviews and trust how you feel with them.
