Balance Breath Bliss is a calm, welcoming studio in Las Vegas dedicated to harmony of mind, body and spirit. Founder Jaime guides people through yoga, meditation, Reiki and vibrational sound therapy, creating safe, nurturing spaces to release stress, restore energy and reconnect with inner peace. Sound baths use crystal bowls and other instruments to bring the body into deep relaxation; chakra sound healing and Reiki work together to realign the energy centers and release emotional pain; and each yoga session centers on breath and awareness, including supported restorative postures, Yoga Nidra and trauma-sensitive classes. The studio also offers one-on-one sessions, community workshops and corporate meditation events. Guests often describe leaving lighter, calmer and more centered.
