Charla Woods-Favors
Compassionate Reiki and energy healing in Columbus, Ohio and remotely.
Welcome to Love & Light Palms, where healing begins within. I'm Charla Woods-Favors, founder of Love & Light Palms and a Level II Usui Reiki practitioner based in Columbus, Ohio. My journey into holistic wellness grew from my own personal healing experience. Following spinal fusion surgery, I began exploring supportive approaches to my recovery, including Reiki. That experience deepened my appreciation for the connection between the mind, body, and spirit and inspired me to share this practice with others. At Love & Light Palms, I offer Reiki Healing, Chakra Balancing, Aura Cleansing, and Akashic Records Readings. My approach is compassionate, respectful, and centered on creating a peaceful environment where clients can relax, reconnect with themselves, and explore their personal wellness journey. I offer in-person Reiki experiences in Columbus, Ohio, as well as distance Reiki for individuals who prefer to receive sessions from the comfort of their own space. I believe everyone deserves an opportunity to experience moments of peace, personal reflection, and compassionate care. Whether you're exploring Reiki for the first time or continuing your wellness journey, you're welcome here. To make this experience more accessible, Love & Light Palms offers a complimentary 20-minute first-time Reiki experience, available by appointment. My goal is to help people feel seen, supported, and valued, one person at a time. You Matter. You Belong Here. Healing Begins Within.
