Ethereal Healing Studio is an elevated environment in Redding, Connecticut where people can experience healing on all levels, create space within and cultivate community. The aim is to help you feel good in your body, nourish your soul, regulate your nervous system and expand your consciousness — and to empower you to turn inward and become your own guide, healer and most valuable source of wisdom. One-to-one sessions include deep tissue, myofascial, lymphatic and prenatal massage, craniosacral and energy work, breathwork, guided meditation and sound journeys, and red light therapy on a biomat, alongside group classes, mini retreats and wellness retail. Select services can also come to you as in-home sessions or private retreats across Fairfield County, along with home energy clearing and harmonization. Founder Michelle is a multi-faceted facilitator who began her career as a licensed bodyworker 13 years ago in Arizona, spent almost a decade in California learning many modalities, and returned home to Connecticut carrying the vision that became Ethereal Healing Studio. Clients come from Ridgefield, Wilton, Danbury, Bethel, Easton and across Fairfield County.
