Morgan's Holistic Touch is the East Bay's first immersive trauma-healing spa — a tranquil wellness center on Grand Avenue in Oakland designed to support the healing journey of mind, body and spirit. Founded by certified massage therapist, health educator and Reiki practitioner Ashleigh Morgan Rucker, the spa brings trauma-informed care to every session. Three immersive massage rooms host deep tissue, prenatal, postnatal and post-op lymphatic massage, alongside Reiki, active stretching for injury recovery, and sound healing. Guests can also unwind in the infrared sauna and beside the Himalayan salt wall. Voted Best of the Bay 2025, with HSA and FSA accepted, and a team that also brings wellness to events.
