The Northern New York Reiki Association teaches Reiki healing and Qi awareness, led by a Reiki Master who is also a licensed acupuncturist. Its courses combine the traditions of Usui Reiki with the timeless principles of Qi and Traditional Chinese Medicine, so students learn not only how to practice, but how energy flow supports the body's natural healing and balance. The full path runs from Reiki I and II through Advanced Reiki to Reiki Master Teacher, supported by the Reiki Foundation Workbook™, a daily practice journal, free downloads, and resources on Reiki meditation, Reiki music and Reiki for beginners.
