Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the session fee. Same-day no-shows are charged in full. We understand life happens — text the clinic directly if there's an emergency.
What to expect on your first visit
- Arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a health intake form
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing — sleeves and pants that roll up
- Eat a light meal an hour or two before, not on an empty stomach
- Phones go on silent in the treatment room
- The first session is 90 minutes; allow 2 hours total
