Intuitive Readings, Energy Healing, Chakra Clearing, Quantum Biofeedback
Hello! I'm Carmen, the heart behind My Healing Garden, tucked away in the beautiful mountains of North Idaho. I've been intuitive for as long as I can remember. As a child, communicating with the spiritual world, sensing energy, and experiencing things that others couldn't always see or understand were simply part of my everyday life. Over the years, I've learned to trust those gifts and use them to help others. My work is very personal and intuitive. No two people are alike, and I don't believe their healing journeys should be either. Whether we're having an intuitive reading, working together through distance energy healing, or using my Advanced Quantum Biofeedback system, I approach each session with an open heart and the intention of helping you find greater clarity, balance, and connection. I also offer energy scans and chakra clearing sessions, along with spiritual healing conversations where we explore whatever is weighing on your heart or spirit. Sometimes messages from spirit come through during our sessions, and I allow the conversation to unfold naturally. My husband Harold and I also handcraft orgonite, Croft zappers, and Succor Punches. We were fortunate to know Don and Carol Croft personally and learn directly from them. Their work has been an important part of our journey, and we continue that tradition through My Healing Garden. We also offer My Healing Sanctuary, a private overnight healing retreat nestled among five wooded acres in North Idaho. It's a peaceful place to unplug, reconnect with yourself, enjoy nature, and experience overnight Quantum Biofeedback sessions in a beautiful mountain setting. Although most of my healing sessions and readings are offered remotely, My Healing Sanctuary provides an opportunity to experience our work in person. I love genuine conversations, laughter, and helping people remember that they're not alone on their journey. You can learn more about me and explore everything we offer at MyHealingGarden.net.
