Hi, I'm Chelsea, the face behind Energy Aligned. My journey into energy work started with my own foray into personal development, spirituality and finding different ways to create change in my life. I’m sure you know that there's so much more to us than our conscious thinking minds and physical bodies. I spent years intellectualising growth and ‘healing’, but I didn’t embody it. That led me deeper into energy work and eventually to training in Energy Medicine and Spiritual Alchemy. One of the biggest things I've learnt along the way is that we're here to experience being human, not perfect being human. Coming from a perfectionist, I’m still a work in progress ;o) Life isn't about feeling positive all the time or trying to fix everything about ourselves. It's about embracing the whole experience, reconnecting with and loving who we are, and importantly it’s about recognising that we have more influence over how we experience and participate in life than we sometimes realise. That's really what Energy Aligned is about. I work with clients remotely in two ways. Energy Alignment Reset is a lovely opportunity to receive energetic support while you relax. I work intuitively within my Energy Medicine Room, exploring whatever comes forward during the session. Momentum, using Spiritual Alchemy, is a more interactive experience. We start with something you'd like to change or create, then work with the energetic and spiritual influences that emerge along the way. It's not about having to consciously figure everything out first – we work with your Higher Self who identifies the priorty areas to work on. I get goosebumps when I hear clients describe their experiences afterwards. Some have shared how surprised they were by what came up, how different they felt by the end of a session, or how something that previously bothered them seemed to have less of a hold over time. But the work doesn't stop when our session ends. The energetic shifts matter, but so does integration - how we take those experiences into everyday life to become who we know we can be, and create what we really want for our lives. My intention is to help you reconnect with yourself, explore new possibilities and feel empowered to create change from within.
