Serving Fremont, San Jose, and surrounding Bay Area communities, with convenient all-inclusive pricing and no tipping expected. - Upon graduating Cortiva Institute (formerly Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy) and becoming licensed in March 2019, I dove headfirst into this new world of healing, opening Sunstone in May 2019. My style of work can be soothing, energizing, or revitalizing, all stemming from a holistic approach rooted in care. My thoughtful empathic ability allows me to tune into each of my clients' specific needs where I will utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques that can include gentle stretching for pain relief and pain management according to those needs. I am incredibly intuitive when it comes to listening to what the body is trying to communicate through hands on touch; this can look like a myofascial release / craniosacral therapy combined with dynamic movements or holding. My passion for helping and supporting others led me to discover first hand how beneficial massage therapy is to relieve physical, mental, and emotional tension for my clients. I am continually inspired by the depth and breadth of the work. As I expand my practice, I am called to massage more people who suffer from mental and chronic illness to help them develop continuity in their mind-body connection, foster their sense of wellbeing, and increase their quality of life through the skillful, caring touch that massage can provide.
