Greenport Wellness is a boutique studio in Greenwich built around movement, breath and sound, by reservation only. It offers 60-minute vinyasa, power and hatha yoga classes, guided meditation with sound integration, sound baths and gong baths, and two-hour ceremonial circles that draw on Zen Buddhist and vegetalist shamanic traditions. Private sessions can weave together sound healing, breathwork, astrological insight and energy balancing, and natal chart readings are available too. The website is also in Spanish.
