Othership is a social sauna and ice-bath studio in the Flatiron District, with a second NYC location in Williamsburg. At its center is a large performance sauna in Western red cedar and private cold plunges kept between 0–4°C, wrapped around an amphitheater-style tea lounge with a central fireplace. Rather than a quiet spa, Othership runs guided 'journeys' — group classes set to music that move you between hot and cold with intentional breathwork, vocal toning, and immersive sound. There are high-energy socials, quieter reset classes, and 1:1 options for first-timers. Non-gendered changing rooms; come as you are.
