Rachel is a queer psychotherapist trained in clinical social work and trauma-informed care, welcoming clients into therapy as a space to understand what they're going through and begin meaningful change. She specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ clients and welcomes people of all identities navigating identity exploration, ketamine integration therapy, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma including CPTSD and PTSD, and life transitions. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate and tailored to each person — grounded in anti-oppressive practice, recognizing that many challenges are shaped by broader social contexts as much as personal experience. She adapts coping strategies and therapeutic tools for neurodivergent clients rather than defaulting to approaches designed for neurotypical people, and moves at a pace that feels supportive to you. Sessions are online for individuals 18 and older living in New York State (no couples or families at this time), and every new client starts with a free 15-minute consultation. As she puts it, sending that first email can feel like the hardest step, and reaching out takes real courage — courage that's already inside you.

• Free 15-minute consultation — A short call to talk about what you're looking for and whether working together feels like a good fit.
• Individual psychotherapy (sliding scale) — Online sessions for individuals 18+ in New York State. Fees follow an income-based sliding scale from $150 (income $65,000 or less) to $260 (income $200,000+).
• Out-of-network support — Insurance isn't accepted, but a monthly superbill is provided so you can claim reimbursement through any out-of-network benefits.
