Roslyn Salt Cave is a serene Himalayan salt cave on Long Island's North Shore, where 45-minute halotherapy sessions fill the air with microscopic, negative-ion-rich salt particles — 'a toothbrush for your lungs.' Sit back and breathe to support clearer airways, calmer allergies and sinuses, better sleep, brighter skin and a calmer mind. Founder Wendy, who trained in hotel and spa management, has built the cave into a wider healing space with massage (including warm Himalayan hot-stone and couples massage inside the cave), red light therapy, sound baths, energy work and yin yoga. The space is wheelchair accessible.
