The Retreat is an appointment-only recovery studio run by Matt and Sabrina Kelley, one floor above their Brazilian jiu-jitsu school. It offers saunas, cold-plunge tanks, red-light therapy panels and massage chairs in a space so calm it's easy to lose track of time. Philadelphia Magazine featured it in its Best of Philly.
