Bathhouse, the New York social spa brand, opens its first location outside New York on September 25, 2026, inside The Bellevue, the landmark 1904 hotel on South Broad Street. The 36,000-square-foot space takes over the former Tiffany & Co. corner, with most of the experience in a brick-walled lower level: three indoor pools, an infrared sauna, a dry sauna, a banya and a steam room, with daily Aufguss sessions in the dry sauna. Recovery massages can be booked separately. A third-floor outdoor terrace with a pool, a fourth sauna and a lounge is planned for early 2027. Day passes start at $29, varying by day and time.
