Rebecca Perry, LMT, founded The Shen Den ('Shen' meaning spirit), a private wellness studio on Long Island rooted in slow, intentional, nervous-system-led care. Her signature sessions blend slow sustained therapeutic work with nervous system regulation, relaxation and sensory elements, for people navigating chronic stress, tension, pain and overstimulation. TMJD sessions are available by request. She is currently not taking new clients and keeps a waitlist; gift certificates are honored.
