About Reiki
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy practice. A practitioner rests their hands lightly on or just above the body, usually while you lie fully clothed, with the aim of encouraging deep relaxation and a sense of balance.
Most sessions last 45 to 90 minutes. You stay dressed, the room is usually quiet or softly lit, and the practitioner moves through a series of hand positions from head to feet.
