Quantum Cacao is a 67-acre, off-grid, solar-powered cacao farm in San Vito, Costa Rica, with 19 acres of mature cacao trees and beans certified by the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Fund. It offers regenerative cacao permaculture workshops, tastings with a chocolate farm tour, retreats and the Quantum Cafe, and sells bars, cacao powder and roasted beans. It was founded by Andrew Sealy, an internationally recognized yoga teacher.
