BREATHE Power Yoga was founded by sisters and co-owners Vicki and Nancilee, both E-RYT 500 teachers, to share the peace and presence of power yoga with yogis of every level. Classes range from Baptiste-inspired power flow to hatha, restorative and yoga nidra, with guest breathwork from a licensed psychotherapist and a self-defense workshop for yogis. It is a Yoga Alliance registered school running 200-hour teacher training. The studio is in the second-floor loft of Perrotte Plaza on Route 8.
