Ocracoke Island Yoga brings yoga to one of the Outer Banks' quietest islands, with classes that range from meditative to playful and relaxing to energizing. Teachers offer vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, gentle and restorative yoga in the studio on Back Road, on the community dock overlooking Silver Lake harbor, and now and then at the local brewery. For something different, try a private aerial yoga session or stand-up paddleboard yoga on Silver Lake. All levels are welcome, and private sessions, online classes, special events and workshops round out the schedule — a lovely way to unwind after a day exploring the island.
