Sama Yoga Center is New Canaan's award-winning yoga studio, named for the Sanskrit word for 'equal' as a reminder that more unites us than divides us. It welcomes all ages and levels with Vinyasa, Yin Flow, Sculpt and Restorative classes, kids' yoga, private lessons and a Yoga Alliance 200-hour teacher training. Amenities include gently warmed floors, showers, lockers, covered parking and an outdoor garden. It's a two-minute walk from the train station, about 15 minutes from Norwalk, Stamford and Darien.
