It offers yoga, Pilates, mobility, breathwork, meditation and sound ceremonies, plus recovery with full-spectrum infrared sauna and cold plunge, craniosacral massage and fascia release. The Red Room hosts small infrared-heated classes, and the space runs community events and venue rentals.
