The Thermal Bathhouse inside The Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa has offered baths in Hot Springs' natural mineral water since 1924. A one-hour bath includes a private mineral-water soak, dry sauna, mineral-soaked towel wraps and a cooling station. Massage, reflexology and thermal-water facials can be added, and walk-ins are accepted when space allows.
