About sound healing

Sound healing uses sound and vibration (singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, drums and voice) to guide the body and mind into a deeply restful state. A 'sound bath' is a group session where you lie down and let the sound wash over you.

Sound baths usually last 45 to 75 minutes. You lie on a mat with blankets and an eye pillow while the practitioner plays. Private sessions may place bowls or tuning forks on or near the body. Many people drift into a dream-like state.
