Harbor & Voyage, formerly Harbor Sauna, is a wood-fired mobile sauna founded by Maria Tkacz. It runs weekly community sauna sessions in Chicago parks, with a focus on nervous system health and co-regulation. Maria's training includes Nordic cycle safety, Aufguss and towel waving, applied neurology and somatics coaching, and yoga teaching.
