Women-owned by sisters Lauren and Kelly, Shakti Power Yoga runs 5 to 12 classes a day in heated and unheated rooms, from Baptiste-inspired power flows to prana vinyasa and restorative, with in-studio massage, a cold plunge, an infrared sauna, and 200- and 300-hour teacher trainings. New students can start with 30 days unlimited for $49.
