SomaYoga, yoga therapy and teacher training in Duluth
Yoga North is a Duluth yoga studio and training institute owned since December 2001 by Ann Maxwell, an E-RYT 500 certified yoga therapist and somatic educator. Its SomaYoga approach blends somatics, therapeutic yoga and classic postures, with classes on pain relief, nervous system regulation, prenatal care and healthy aging. It runs a yoga therapy clinic in downtown Duluth, in-person classes in Duluth Heights, live Zoom classes, and accredited teacher and yoga therapy trainings.
